The MGB is a two door sports car that was manufactured from 1962 until 1980. It was first announced on September 19th, 1962. Sales numbers for the MGB, MGC and MGB GT V8 combined total of 523,836. The MGB GT was first introduced in October 1965. These cars were a hatchback and designed by Pininfarina. By combining the sloping rear window with the rear deck lid, the B GT offered the utility of a station wagon while retaining the style and shape of a coupe. In 2019, Road and track named the MGB GT one of the "16 of Pininfarina's Most Beautiful Designs That Aren't Ferraris." Acceleration of the MGB GT was slightly slower than the MGB Convertible but the top speed was increased by five miles per hour because of better aerodynamics.

1970 Mgb Gt. This Mgb Gt comes with an 1800 cc engine and a manual four speed overdrive transmission. Overdrive transmissions on these vehicles were an option and are rare to find. This vehicle does run and drive and is also currently registered. As far as we know the engine is original to this vehicle. The front brakes are disc and the rear brakes are drums. It looks like a new fuel pump was recently installed. Comes with the original jack and bag. Originally this vehicle was yellow. Previous owner had the vehicle painted green. 

The interior of this vehicle is complete and in decent shape. Both manual windows roll up and down without any issues. All of the glass is in good condition. Dash does have a cap on it. There is a piece of vinyl that comes with the car to install over the front part of the dash. All of the original gauges are there and are in working order. Has the original MG steering wheel.
